Create the Time for Mindfulness in One easy Step

It’s as simple as this: Locate alarms in your phone—create a new daily alarm.

Your mindfulness bell is a reminder at the same time each day to pause. Notice your thoughts for a few moments, bring to mind the intention for this month and then choose how you want to proceed.

Label your alarm something lovely. Add a cute emoji. Choose a sweet sound. 

It’s so easy to set up! I have found this to be a great tool to stay committed to mindfulness and focused on the bigger picture. And bonus, that you’ll feel happier and peaceful as a result.
