Drawing from my background in fields of human science, {mindfulness}, meditation, {holistic health}, grief work, {nutrition}, coaching and diverse personal life experiences, I help clients develop powerful tools to heal, make positive changes and align with the life they desire and way of being in the world that they want most for themselves and others.

I utilize mindfulness-based coaching strategies to move clients beyond personal and professional obstacles that are holding them back. Other clients come to me when they are feeling great and looking for clarity around goals or forward-action, an accountability partner, or to facilitate presentations and group teachings. My services are highly individualized and applicable to groups and organizations.

I specialize in effective stress management for adults and children, mindfulness meditation, brain training, life and career goal actualization, and optimal health.
