Mindful Eating for the Win

This is exciting to me. Sweet validation! I sat through so many dietetics courses feeling like an odd one. I rebelled against the popular low-fat, low-calorie recommendations of my teachers and textbooks and various American associations. Instead, I was creating healthy-fat dietary plans and treatments with a focus on high-antioxidants and food as medicine. The Mediterranean diet was often a reference for me.
